Fees:

    We need to pay Sally the $25 for the room in advance of our meeting. 

    We have an extra $25 deposit held by Sally, required in case we leave the room dirty.

Advance Reservations:

    We can reserve a room for the next 2 months on the first of each month. 

    For example, if we call on October 1, then we can reserve for November's and December's meeting. 

    Therefore, we end up with having 3 months of meetings reserved on the first of every month. 

Clean-up:

    WE MUST CLEAN UP FROM OURSELVES or else we lose this deposit. 

    As long as we clean up after every meeting, the $25 deposit is held for the next meeting's cleaning deposit requirement.
